Why climate controlled

An Arkansas summer is hard on everything you own

A standard metal unit tracks the outside temperature and can pass 100 degrees during an Arkansas summer. Our units are insulated, heated, and cooled, and hold near 72 degrees year round.

A standard metal unit

100°+

Warps wood, cracks vinyl, blisters photographs, and ruins anything with a battery or an adhesive in it.

A Highfill unit

~72°

Held year round. Safe for furniture, instruments, documents, electronics, and anything you would keep in the house.
